burn fat???????

im 91 pounds and i’m skinny…
i have been in my school volleyball team….and im not anymore cause the seasons over…i constantly need food now, and im upset at myself, becausei used to be skinny with a small amount of fat on my tummy.

now, i have 2 meduim sized rows of fat on it…….i want to burn it…

oh yeah…over i summer i was in ballet and gymnastics…im a sport person, but i havent been in anything laterly due to schoolwork, and that im gonna need to take an exam team……also, due to this, i didnt have the time to try out for the basketball team……….i want to get back in shape….u might think, oh big deal, but it is to me……actually its kinda personal, but im asking for tips.exercisies i could simply do at home…

again, i have no tome fo activiteies…i have lots of things for school that have to be and need to remaine taken care of: grades!!!!!!

    The quickest way to burn fat is with weight training. I would buy some weights. 3-5lbs. You don’t want to much weight beause you will bulk and gain muscle mass, which will result in weight gain. Also for your abs do crunches everyday. You can even be watching tv or reading a book while tightening your abs hold for 5 seconds and release. You’ll be amazed at what the results from doing that are.
