I’m a 16 year old girl. I’m reletively skinny, but I eat a lot of carbs so I have love handles and a muffin-top-tummy. Under the bit of chub on my abdomen, I have a nice toned figure. How can I slim up quick and burn that fat without gaining more muscle than I already have?
