how do you do it? i mean what is it that you have to do? i wasted like 20 minutes of my life listening to that crap only to hear at the end of it that I have to pay for it * rolls eyes* u no i don’t want to diet right at the moment but seriously it has peeked my curiosity. so does anyone now how to do the FBF diet plan?
